Commissioned shoot and edit in Cowgill in Dent Dale following a gentle narrative of the Navvies and their families who lived and died whilst building the Settle to Carlisle Railway who are commemorated in St John's Church in Cowgill.

The beauty of this valley (or rather Dale) is breathtaking. Even more so when a steam train crossed the railway Nent Head viaduct built over 100 years ago. With the kind permission to shoot inside the church, this was quite an experience. 

We also carried out a roof inspection and mapping of the graveyard for numbering and naming the stones.
